PAYMENT PROCESS:

WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR YOUR PURCHASES ON Mon, Dec 12, 2022 AFTER THE AUCTION CONCLUDES!

Congratulation you are the new owner and are responsible for your purchase as soon as the auction closes for that unit. We will automatically be collecting payment on Mon, Dec 12, 2022, after the conclusion of the sale, using your CC # that you have registered with us. A paid invoice will be emailed to you. Please check your filter settings or check your junk mail as the invoice may go there. Credit Card is the only form of payment for this particular auction. Pickup begins on Mon, Dec 12, 2022 after the auction is completed and arrangement with The Difference. We will not be collecting payment at this site. Please bring a copy of your paid invoice with you at the time of pickup.

After the conclusion of the auction, your credit card will be charged the total amount due including, premium sales tax and a $150 refundable deposit. Also, if the entire unit you have purchased is not completely cleaned out in the time specified below, thediffchico.com reserves the right to immediately charge your credit card an additional $250 as an estimated amount for thediffchico.com to clean out the unit for you. In addition, once the actual cost of cleaning the unit out on your behalf is determined, any balance due will also be charged to your Credit Card at that time. If in the course of a transaction any amount due to thediffchico.com is declined, thediffchico.com will continue to run your card for lower amounts until a transaction is completed.

Any and all fees and or actions that the buyers bank implements including but not limited to: surcharges, overdraft charges, account seizures, etc, are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless thediffchico.com, and the seller, against any and all liability, loss, costs, damages and other expenses arising from the buyer failure to comply with the terms of the auction.

By bidding in this auction and accepting these terms, you are hereby authorizing thediffchico.com to charge your Credit Card as stated above.

Removal: You will have (3) days to clean out your unit. Remember you have purchased all of the contents of the unit, so you are responsible for removing all of the contents. At the time of payment a $150 cleaning deposit will be collected. Once you have completely cleaned out the unit see the facility manager. They will notify us the unit is clean and we are ok to refund your cleaning fee.

Removal Assistance: Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.  Failure to clean out a unit will result in the winning bidder being banned from future auctions.  Please be aware and bid accordingly.

The units will be available to the winning bidder Mon, Dec 12, 2022 thru Dec 15, 2022. All items must be removed by end of day Dec 15, 2022. Failure to do so will result in loss of your cleaning deposit. Remember you are responsible for removing all items in the unit, not just the ones you want.

If a licensed vehicle or firearm is discovered while cleaning out your unit, you are required by law to turn those items into the facility management.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
